The Low Pressure Area (LPA) that dump rains in most parts of the Northern Luzon has already exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility yesterday.

This Friday, a new weather disturbance has entered inside PAR. At 4:00 AM, it was at 1,055 km East of Virac, Catanduanes. According to PAGASA, as it moves closer to the country over the weekend, it will bring rains in some parts of Luzon.

Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Southern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowersand thunderstorms over MIMAROPA and Quezon province. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms.

In an interview with PAGASA weather forecaster Rob Gile, the cool breeze of the air that we experience early in the morning is not yet the beginning of Amihan season.
