Rainy Monday in parts of Luzon, Visayas

The Northeast Monsoon continues to affect Luzon, while Tail-End of a Cold Front dominates Eastern Visayas. 
 
Today, Eastern and Central Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms that may trigger flash floods or landslides. In Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon cloudy skies with scattered rains will prevail. The rest of Luzon including Metro Manila can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, Mindanao and rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms.
 
Gale warning is still hoisted in the eastern seaboards of Luzon and Visayas. These include Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, eastern coast of Sorsogon, eastern coast of Quezon including Polillo Island, the northern and eastern coasts of Northern Samar and the eastern coast of Eastern Samar. In these areas, fishing boats and small seacraft are advised not to venture out due to rough to very rough seas.
