Weather Today – September 4, 2017 | LPA dumps rains in Luzon

Based on the 11AM advisory of PAGASA, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was last located at 725 km east of Baler, Aurora. It is expected to bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over Bicol Region and the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon and Samar. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or localized thunderstorms.

According to PAGASA Weather Forecaster Nikos Peñaranda, this weather disturbance still has a chance of developing into a tropical depression within 48 hours and may hit the Extreme Northern Luzon.
